A hidden gem with warmth

The staff's attention to detail. The cozy bar, adorned with two fireplaces, created a good ambiance that was like home. The fresh and varied breakfast options were a perfect start to our days.

We encountered a few challenges with the icy driveway, made coming and going a bit difficult, especially for my wife. The spa facilities could use a little upgrade to better satisfy relaxation seekers.

The spa facilities were really good, offering a peaceful escape after a day on the slopes.

The food quality could be inconsistent at times, especially for the price we paid.

Tasty and good breakfasts, hotel was kept fairly clean.

Everything was spotless, wonderful staff, particularly good views over valley of Morzine. The breakfast had plenty of options and included slices of fresh bread, cereals, pastries, eggs and yoghourt. The location was magnificent - just off town centre and super Morzine lift and the center. We visited nearby Le Telebenne and tried their specialities. Stayed here for holiday and had a fantastic time, we do recommend this hotel.

An oasis of warmth and hospitality. The staff's attentive service, and the relaxing bar area with views over Morzine was the cherry on top.

I had a grand time soaking up the stunning views from me cozy single room! The outdoor pool was just the ticket after a long day of skiing. The breakfast spread was absolutely top-notch! Just a bit of a hike back into town, but nothing I couldn’t handle.

The staff were friendly , and the breakfast offered an excellent selection. The location was fantastic, a short walk across the bridge to the Super-Morzine gondola led us to beautiful views and easy access to the slopes. Clean and tidy rooms added to the great experience.

Loved the sauna and pool to unwind after skiing. The view from my room was amazing. A prime spot to relax!

The charming room provided a fine mountain view, and the friendly staff were really nice too ensure a pleasant experience. Breakfast was consistently fresh and varied, particularly the delicious meaty pizza , made for a good treat. It's a lovely place with a cute atmosphere.

I loved everything about my stay! The gorgeous privilege double room had a sprawling balcony that offered amazing views of the scenic Morzine valley. After an adventurous day, relaxing in the outdoor pool while soaking in the fine mountain backdrop was an absolute dream!

The steep driveway can be tricky, especially if it's icy, so be careful when arriving or departing. The spa facilities, while appreciated, left a bit to be desired. The jacuzzi and sauna were on the colder side, a disappointment when hoping to relax. Options in the dining menu felt quite limited, especially for a longer stay, leaving me wishing for more variety across meals. The noise insulation between the rooms was lacking, which may disrupt your sleep if neighbors are a little loud.

The rooms here are spacious and offer breathtaking views.
